Preexisting tinnitus & pregnancy

I'm trying to conceive and terrified that my tinnitus get worse during pregnancy. It begun 4 years ago, no cause known, soft/mild and no relevant spikes.

Last year I was pregnant twice and both pregnancy sadly ended at 6 weeks. While I was pregnant tinnitus weirdly went softer, It almost went away... Yet I'm scared because I have heard that It can go Wild during 2&3 trimesters.

Does anyone here have experiencies to share? I Google about It but I only find studies about new onset tinnitus during pregnancy.

Interesting I did not know there was a link! I have it due to impaired hearing. Did not notice any major changes with either of my pregnancies

I have had it for a few years now. Im 27 weeks and I would say mine has decreased slightly!
