Have just been looking through my notes and have noticed that the following are low:

RBC 3.58, HGB 11.1, HCT 0.318, LYMP 1.24. I know what the first two are and I gather that although lower than normal, this is OK. I have no idea about the other two. My midwife didn't mention anything so am assuming all OK, but would like to know what they mean! Can anyone help?

Am 34 weeks now, and feeling very tired, but nothing extreme I don't think.

Looks like you are a little anaemic but nothing particularly bad. It is very common to get anaemic during pregnancy. It maybe worth taking one of the pregnancy vitamins avalible with iron.

Also the usual check your diet is balanced etc!
