Twin pregnancy ?

Cramping both ovaries early pregnancy.

Hi! I have a question about twin pregnancies. I am between 4-5 weeks pregnant currently. I have my first scan booked for next week.

I always had ovulation pain, usually felt on one side but this time I felt it on both ovaries and I found out from that cycle I concieved. I know cramping is normal in pregnancy (this is my second pregnancy) but I have cramping on both ovaries on and off I dont remember cramping in both ovaries with my first pregnancy. Did anyone have this with a twin pregnancy? I know I won't know till I have the scan, but I am just curious to hear from others.

I had twins but this symptom does not sound familiar to me.

My first indications that I was having twins were getting big very quickly, and needing to eat every three hours throughout the day. Luckily I managed to persuade my midwife to get me an early scan…

It’s different for everyone though OP so may be a sign ….i never got a big bump, totally lost my appetite for the first trimester and had no symptoms really, so took a pregnancy test every week for about a month just to check o was definitely pregnant! Good luck with your pregnancy 😍
