Hello,
This is my 2nd pregnancy and I cant remember at what point I was contacted by the midwife to organise an appointment and I cant remember when ypu have your first scan.
I have alot of anxiety this time around as had quite a bad experience the first time and registered on my pregnancy notes nearly 3 weeks ago, does anyone know when I might be contacted or if I can contact someone to find out ? Sorry just a bit anxious not having any plans, appointments or idea on what's happening x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Currently pregnant with baby number 2, my first is only 16 months so both recent. Your first appointment is your booking appointment which is usually 8-10 weeks and I only got the appointment through a week or so before, first scan is 11-14 weeks x

You should self refer for maternity care and your first midwife/booking appointment is from 8-10ish weeks.
The first scan is normally between 11-14 weeks but mostly done at 12 weeks.

in Scotland we self refer and have a booking appointment at 8 weeks :) then you get your scans through the post xx
