What position is the baby in if you can feel hiccups ONLY right at the base of the pelvic area???

I am 31+5 with baby 3 and remember feeling both previous babies hiccupping all the time too. But this time I only feel it right down at the base of my pelvic area. I am assuming it must be head down, but I thought the head was up high as I feel a massive round thing pushing against me all the time up high on my bump on one side.

Any ideas??

the massive round thing could be the baby's bum?

I have this - baby very low and definitely head down. Round thing almost certainly bum.
