Hi everyone, this is my first post. I’m just looking for some advice and opinions. For context I am a mummy to a beautiful 3 year old little girl and am actively trying to conceive.

First month of trying I had 2 faint positive pregnancy tests on Thursday 7th August. Saturday 9th I started to bleed, which lasted a week very heavy and clotty, not like my usual monthlies, so I assumed this was a very very early chemical pregnancy. Took a test mid way through and got a not pregnant result as expected. Stopped bleeding on Saturday 16th, had sex on Monday 18th. Today (Monday 25th) I took a pregnancy test as have been passing more urine than normal, I didn’t expect it to be positive for one second, but it was! ‘Pregnant 1-2’, rushed to the shop for another test and got another pregnant result.

What I want to know is would this pregnancy have been conceived last Monday? 1 week just seems super early to get a pregnant result. Also, does the chemical pregnancy bleed count as a ‘period’ ? As if so there’s no way I should have been able to conceive 2 days after it stopped.

I am currently experiencing some light bleeding mainly just when I wipe, and have had period like pains today which I’m thinking could be implantation bleeding/pains, but again, it 6-7days not too early for this to happen? I want to be excited but I’m worried that this isn’t real or that something is wrong as it’s too good to be true!

opinions please! Xxx
