Hi everyone ☺️

I got a positive opk on the 12th we dtd on the 8th 12th and 13th
I tested yesterday and got a very faint line ive tested again today and another faint line
You can see it in person im just wondering should it be darker by now
Ive more test strips so ill teat every day get a first response later in week
im just scared to believe it's true been trying for near a year
All advice be great thank you 😊

Theres definitely a very faint line!
However you dont need to use a negative filter on your picture, they dont actually make a difference to whether theres a line or not.
It doesnt bring out shadows any clearer than a normal camera just FYI! congrats x

@Lily189 congratulations, I can see a line. You should test every 2 days as opposed to everyday. HcG doubles every two days so you won't see true progression if you're testing everyday. ( I say this though as someone who tested on strips everyday from 9dpo to 15dpo to check 😂). Once you get a clear positive on a FRER or other brand, the advice is usually to stop testing as it will cause undue anxiety. If you have reason to believe that something isn't quite right ( bleeding, spotting or cramps, but that can also be very normal! ) you can ask your GP for blood draws over 2 days to check your hcg levels. Good luck!

Went to doctors today got antibiotics for uti ,i ordered more of the same test they came an hour ago wasn't going to test as had peed 30 mins before and been drinking loads as its warm but the line showed up straight away Doctor has said to do another test monday thats day my af is due and as long as it still positive to self refer to maternity hospital get booked in so fingers crossed this pregnancy sticks🤞😊
