Hi

I'm due a csection and really struggled with breastfeeding with my first. I have memories of being in a lot of pain, hunched over trying to feed and my back being so sore

Is there a decent nursing pillow you'd recommend to make it more comfortable?

I had a c section and didn’t find the pillows in the hospital or my pregnancy pillow much help. For me cradle hold was ok after about a week but till then I did recline and lying on my side (baby did not like rugby hold). I also had a very fast letdown so for us the recline was definitely the most used position probably until he was 3-4 months old.
