currently 14 weeks pregnant with baby number two yay!! My first born is called Cruz & I really want a quirky C name to go with his. I’ve got a girls name but really struggling to find a boys name that matches well and also that hubby & I both like 🤣 any suggestions welcome!

What about a K? Then you can have the matchy sound, but don't get confused between the two when just an initial is used.
