I’ve just found out I’m 4 weeks pregnant, we’ve struggled for 3 years as I have PCOS.. I’m just so worried it’ll end in miscarriage as my last two pregnancy’s have done, has anyone got any tips they used to keep their pregnancy? I’m taking pregnecare, I’m eating and drinking well, doing everything they advise, I’m just so worried ☹️

I hate to be this person and say unfortunately there isnt much you can do in order to keep a pregnancy. Its all down to your body stabilising the pregnancy, if the pregnancy is viable and so on. Theres nothing much you can do, you could try progesterone from EPAU the gp will not give this to you neither will a midwife - ive had 3 miscarriages and thought the exact same as you!
I stopped drinking alcohol altogether, which is normal.
I had zero alcohol drinks (or 0.5%)
Had finger dips of froth from a pint back to nor drinking at all, no 0% alcohol, no fingers dips no nothing. Just water and juice.
Coffee and teas i stuck to nhs guidelines, minimal coffee, no tea, saved rest of my mg's for chocolate😅
This time round ive had no coffee, no tea just decaf until i couldnt have it due to nausea and aversions!
Loads of fruit, no fizzy caffinated pop, mainly like lemonade/fanta that has no caffeine in it or apparently none😂

This is my 4th pregnancy, i had progesterone and i feel like this may have made a difference. Im now 27+6 and having a healthy baby. Just have to try your best to relax
