Probably being paranoid but wondered if anyone else had had similar experience. Am over 2 weeks late, and had 2 bfp's - which is a good thing! However, no sickness, no sore boobs, even though when pg with my first was as sick as a parrott and v sore boobs. Am worried this might mean there are problems. Does anyone know if this does sound odd?
Thanks!

Not odd, I have had 2 healthy pregnancies, no sickness, sore boobs etc in either. No symptoms does not always mean something is wrong.

Thankyou for that. Was just a bit worried as this one so different to first so far. Looking forward to the 12 week mark when I can get a scan. Mind you, after feeling so bad with sickness from first one, I shouldn't really complain!

goodness, don't worry be very grateful!! I think i prob had thoughts like that at 6 weeks..then ended up in bed for 2 months coz i was so ill from 7 weeks onwards. Enjoy being symptom free for as long as you can..

Ha, I was feeling fantastic at 5 weeks and a few days after I was suddenly really ill!! For the next 15!!!

Try not to worry. Lots of women have no symptoms at all really.

Week 6 I asked my sister (mum of 2, I'm a first timer) "Is it normal to feel fine, not sick or sore or anything?", to which she replied "Your lucky I'd guess".

Week 7 - started throwing up for Britain.

Week 8 - One day in hospital

Week 9 - Start of 6 week on/off stint in hospital with hyperemisis.

Enjoy feeling fien while it lasts! Chill!

I am glad I found this thread. I am 5 weeks pregnant and not 1 symptom. I have been pregnant twice before and from 4 weeks onwards have felt sick and had sore boobs. this time nothing. I gess every pregnancy is different.

hattyyellow · 02/06/2008 14:26

I felt fine until about 7 weeks this time. I remember searching for threads similar to this one to reassure myself as first time around I felt awful from day one.

When I got to about 8 weeks I longed for those early days of no symptoms! Have been constantly nauseous and shattered and irritable for the last 5 weeks!

Some people have no symptoms at all for most of first trimester and are fine.

Thank you for all your replies. I am a bit red faced now though, as for last two days have felt definitely queazy on and off - horribly familiar from first time! Hmmm, definitely spoke too soon....good luck everyone else though!!

hi omond, i can completely relate to you. i am nearly 5+5 days and am constantly checking on my symptoms. still doing HPTs everyday

and checking boobs are still sore etc etc.

also wondering when i am going to feel really really nauseous!

I usually avoid pregnancy threads, but thought I should answer this one.

I have been pregnant three times - 8 weeks, 20 weeks and 31 weeks - and I've never had that many pregnancy symptoms. I was sick a total of 5 times between them all (can't remember if that counted being in labour) and mostly it was because I couldn't handle TD's driving!

In a way I was glad because of everything I had to go through, on the other hand it was hard when I was pregnant with Tink because I didn't feel pregnant and didn't believe I was.
