Pain on right side and lower back

Hi!
This is my first post on here and looking for a bit of reassurance. I’m currently 6W+2d pregnant for the first time. On Tuesday night I attended an out of hours GP due to pain on my right side at the front and on my lower right back too. The pain is a dull ache that comes and goes, kind of like background pain I can feel it there but it doesn’t stop me from doing my daily tasks. He did examinations and suspected the start of a kidney infection. I was given antibiotics. Non of my symptoms lined up with the symptoms of a UTI. The next day I went to my GP and she performed the same examination however ruled out a UTI but the pain in my back on the right side is still persistent. I spoke about my concerns about a potential etopic pregnancy but she said it didn’t feel like I was having one as my stomach was soft.

The pain seems to subside when walking its just when I sit down.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m really worried and it’s making the whole experience of being pregnant a worry.

Honestly it sounds similar to my ectopic which I ignored and then started bleeding. It could just be implantation though.
Can you ask for a scan?

At 6 weeks + would implantation not already have occurred.

It could potentially be trapped wind, maybe contact your early pregnancy unit if you have concerns
