Please may you nub guess

I have two beautiful girls, 2 and 3. I’m 12 weeks pregnant with an unexpected third - unplanned and I’m scared and feeling low (feel so guilty as how blessed am I?).

I had my 12+0 scan yesterday and I wondered if anyone would be kind enough to have a nub guess. Maybe if I could visualise baby better I might be able to sort myself out and think more positively and practically.

I'm going to guess a girl. In the bottom right photo, I think I see that the genital tubercle is pointing not as upwards as it would be for a boy, accounting for the fact that the baby is quite curled up. (So the lower back is pointing quite upwards anyway.)

I also see a cute little liver in the top right! Or maybe a kidney.

I also see that she's going to be healthy and talented and beautiful. Congratulations, OP!
