Possible chemical pregnancy at 5 weeks

Hi all. I had a chemical pregnancy in April this year and I think I'm about to have another. TTC approx 12 months.

A week ago I tested positive and had a blood hcg test at the doctors which confirmed pregnancy. Started to get nausea and headaches after. I tested using home pregnancy tests for about 5 days and noticed the lines getting darker, which didn't happen previously.

I've noticed my symptoms today have subsided quite a lot. I took two tests (one more sensitive) about an hour ago and there are no positive lines at all. It wasn't first morning urine however I'd still expect something. I'm feeling incredibly upset.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm 35, all hormones and ovulation are fine. Possible issue with Hydrosalpinx which medical professionals can't decide on and endometriosis treated 15 years ago. In various NHS waiting lists for fertility (nhs will say too fat as bmi at 35) and gynae and feeling quite let down by the system. My current nhs gynae consultant said I could do with a lap and dye however due to my history it may be too complicated for her? She said that the specialist centres have long waiting lists. Considering going private due to my age, time waiting and the stress.

I mentioned my concerns to my doctor and asked for hcg monitoring and progesterone when I first found out, to which he said I could have a further hcg test in a month and they don't consider progesterone?

I'm feeling upset and quite lost at which direction to go.
