Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone could help. I lost a baby boy in January at nearly 20 weeks to Edwards Syndrome. We decided to try again a couple of months ago. I’m 10dpo today, had spotting, cramping, dizziness, sore boobs and sensitive nipples, and increased CM. I decided to take a test today just to see as I know it’s early!!, and this came up within 2 mins. Am I looking at a faint pos here or, am I looking at an evap line? Obvs will test again tomorrow but can evap lines come up in 2 mins?! Thank you xx

Hi. I'm so sorry for your loss. There is colour but the line is thin. Do you have any pink dye tests? They're usually easier to interpret and less chance of evaps.

Thank you, I was also thinking that but it came up quite quickly so I just don’t know! I’ll test again tomorrow x

That does actually look like an early positive to me. A lot of the evap lines people post on here seem to be thinner than that, whereas yours is thick albeit faint. Definitely do check again in a couple of days x

Thanks all. Fingers crossed 🤞 I’m just worried in case it’s some how a faulty test which would be my luck 😓 I’ve had cramping and spotting on and off all day today and quite bloated, and although I’m starving don’t want to eat much 😂 hoping AF doesn’t make an early appearance 😂

Update… took a test this morning couldn’t have been more of a BFN if it tried 😩 oh well. Thanks everyone x

When is your period due? I saw you say you dont want it to make an early appearence.
Im sorry this has come back negative. Was really hoping this was a BFP for you! X

@LER2023 due in 4 days…. So I imagine it will come early xx

There may still be time for a positive test! Test again on the first day of a missed period, some wont show before.
Its still early!😁 xx
