Symptoms gone 4weeks 5days

Can anyone give me a success story for the same? Strong symptoms around 4 weeks. Slowly disappeared over the last 2 days and woke up with nothing today. Previous miscarriages and on progesterone so I don’t think I’ll bleed even if I am miscarrying.

Hi @Roxy1986 no success story as such but just to say that my doctor told me that symptoms can come and go especially during early pregnancy. I was worried as I have a history of two losses and I'm now 5+1 weeks. If you search other threads here or on reddit, you'll find lots of people ask this question too. Unfortunately in some cases it does indicate loss, but not always.

Same here I was very smug about no morning sickness until week 10 🙈

To add I'm on progesterone and aspirin this pregnancy too 🤞 hope all goes well with you. I've had tiredness and sore nipples but the latter comes and goes. No sickness as yet!

I had absolutely no real symptoms at 4 weeks with either of my pregnancies. They’ve both been fine. Sickness didn’t kick in until 6 weeks with both! Anything I felt at 4 weeks felt more like a period coming.

I only ever had tiredness at 4 weeks, sickness came after 7 weeks.
You will still bleed while on progesterone.
I had a major bleed at 12 weeks and it turned out to be a SCH.
I spoke to my consultant when i was around 10 weeks and said im scared that i'll have a missed miscarriage on progesterone because you dont bleed on it. He said the information you've been given regarding bleeding and miscarrying on progesterone is incorrect, you will still bleed and can still actively know you're having a miscarriage. If you arent bleeding and theres no cramps then there isnt anything to worry about!
If your still worried go for a scan around 7 weeks but symptoms can come and go!

I’m on my 5th pregnancy (two ended in MC) and have never really had symptoms with any of them, particularly not that early. But I do understand the high levels of anxiety around those early days and weeks. I’m now 16.5 weeks and it’s only really been in the last few weeks that I’ve dared to imagine that this might end up as a baby!
