lockets - when are you due?

Everytime I think of a good boys name, dp vetoes it! So I've decided my latest strategy is wait till the baby's born (early March) and start persuasion tactics then if need be. We had the same problem with boys names last time ... but got a dd!

Misdee - I take it the rest of the scan was fine - no worries about size of baby etc. Must have been exciting to see the baby at this stage.

Oh, congratulations misdee.

Love Daisy too, if you do go for that

Pidge · 19/01/2005 15:50

lockets - recommend ignoring your dh and then hoping he's so brain addled in the aftermath of the birth that he'll agree to anything!

alexsmum · 19/01/2005 15:53

really exciting misdee! are you feeling ok now? worried about you the other night!
daisy is nice.

misdee · 19/01/2005 16:27

i'm ok alexsmum, just find it a bit much sometimes which is understandable.

Oh, misdee, how lovely!

I like Dixie. I bet there wouldn't be many others (unless you start a trend of course!) Daisy is nice too.

motherinferior · 19/01/2005 16:57

Oh you lucky LUCKY thing. Three girls! How lovely - I can't think of anything lovelier!

Pidge · 19/01/2005 17:00

MI - are you tempted to try and follow suit!!!

lilsmum · 19/01/2005 17:02

misdee, congrats

did you think it was another girl? gut instinct? or have all your pregnancies been similar? just intrigued lol xx

sparklymieow · 19/01/2005 17:29

misdee, you might be like mum and have three girls THEN a boy

misdee · 19/01/2005 18:13

mayber mieow lol.

this pregnancy has been similar in some ways (bad morning sickness etc) but the heartbeat has been on the slower end at all scans etc (130-140, the dd's were alweays 150+bpm) so my mum was convinced i was having a boy.

now means my parents will have 6 grandaughters and only 1 grandson lol.

i bought a pair of pink baby socks on the way home and gave them to dh when i got in, but as its hospital policy not to tell the sex of baby he still doesnt belive i know.

Dixie is growing on me

misdee · 19/01/2005 20:03

dh is insisting its a boy and i'm winding him up. think he is starting to believe me tho. lol.

Lucky you misdee! I'm really hoping for a girl (expecting twins, so there could be at least one in there.) Congratulations and I hope the rest of your pg goes well

dawnie1 · 19/01/2005 23:18

Misdee, CONGRATULATIONS, I would love another little dd and I would call her Emma. In fact I'd love another baby of either gender (but in my heart I would love a girl).

x

think we have settled on Dixie.
