I pushed an empathy washing machine it’s wasn’t to much that I moved maybe like few inches to make space at the end of laundry closet.
Now I am having anxiety that I might have caused preterm labour even though it’s been 5 days since I locked it and only thing is having back pain but it’s not constant.
I have no vaginal bleeding or discharge baby is moving all over the belly. the only thing I have some abdominal pain but I also have constipation and gas so it can be because of that.
I called the nurse and she will be calling me back soon do u think I she’ll go to ER.

I wouldn't worry personally.
Women routinely carry older children in subsequent pregnancies (I'm assuming this is your first). You may have hurt yourself as your ligaments get v loose, but it's unlikely to harm your baby.

Even if you ever into premature labour, as you're in the this trimester, it's very likely that your baby will be fine, though may need some support at first.

I think you'll be fine

That’s a bit of a bonkers worry frankly.

Not helpful. If someone is reaching out to get reassurance then your comment is just a bit pissy and unnecessary

That wouldn't cause any damage to baby, you may have stained your back slightly as the pregnancy hormones loosen all your ligaments which is why caution is advised in pregnancy with heavy lifting. Baby will be just fine cushioned in your tummy.

If you feel OK, you're probably fine. Baby's been moving happily for 5 days since. I spent most of 1st pregnancy pushing grand pianos until 38 weeks when I stopped working. I hope the nurse can put your mind at rest, or that you get looked at so that you can relax.
