I can't make out what I'm looking at in the scan picture so obviously not the reply you were hoping for, but hopefully someone comes along with more knowledge on these things!

Not a bloody clue what sex your baby is - hope someone with radio experience comes along soon.

Gender is a social construct so you wouldn’t get that from an ultrasound image ;)
