Light brown spotting

Hello! I've been noticing these discharges like every other day and I feel anxious about it. I asked my OB on this and she increased my dosage for progesterone and advised me to have complete bed rest. But I still want to get answers on this. What could be the reason behind this? I am 7 weeks pregnant right now.

Unfortunately sometimes there are no answers as to why. I spotted for 4.5 weeks had 3 scans during that time and not once could a reason be found!
