Feeling uncomfortable when leaving back

Hi

I’m 25 weeks this week but probably since about 14/15 weeks I’ve had a really strange sensation especially after eating when I sit back and rest my back. I feel a certain fullness in my upper back and it can make me feel a bit uncomfortable or nauseous.
I expected this to start much later, this is my second pregnancy and I don’t remember this with my first.

it makes it really difficult to get comfortable, sitting straight or forward helps.
it seems logical that organs are pushed up and scrunched together when relaxing back and more in line when I have a better posture, but has anyone else experienced this?

I do get very uncomfortable if I ever roll onto my back in bed, it’s a similar feeling. But this just feels so high up, between my shoulders almost and I’m only sitting?

I had this when pregnant with my 2nd. Also very lightheaded. It is due to the way the baby is positioned and when laid on your back, presses on a major artery reducing blood circulation and dropping your blood pressure. That will be why you feel strange
