Pink spotting in discharge - 6 weeks pregnant

I’ve had a slight amount of pink spotting mixed with white discharge tonight. I am 6 weeks pregnant. No aches or cramps and feel normal. Should I be worried? I previously lost a baby at 6 weeks and dread going through something like that again. I have a scan booked for Sunday.

Sorry this must be stressful for you. I have had spotting in all 4 of my pregnancies, 3 of which were successful (including my last which involved quite a lot of bleeding between 6-9 weeks and then again at 13 weeks). You just don’t know how it will turn out, I’m sorry. Hopefully the scan will give some reassurance
