6 weeks pregnant and symptoms fluctuating?

I’m now 6 weeks pregnant and so far had morning sickness every day, but seems to be reducing somewhat from vomiting every other day to just feeling very sea sick/queasy with topsy turvy stomach. I’ve been able to eat a bit more the last two days than before. I haven’t had anything abnormal, just fatigue, some regular discharge and odd stretchy feelings and twinges in my stomach which I assume is growth, and a lot of bloating - look 5 months pregnant already!

I have a scan next week but so so scared about MMC - is there anything I need to look out for and should I be concerned that my symptoms are changing/decreasing?

Sorry I can't be of much help but just wanted to say you're not alone, I'm feeling the same. I'm only 5 weeks but past week seem to have every symptom apart from vomiting, but today they've eased off quite a bit so now I'm worrying. Can't win, worry when I have cramps, worry when they go away! My scan won't be until 12 weeks.
Hopefully we're just overthinking things 🙃 hope all goes well x

Welcome to the wild ride of pregnancy! It’s absolutely normal! Please don’t worry. Symptoms come and go in pregnancy, it’s your hormones ramping up, changing & leveling off. Our bodies are amazing and made to do this. I’m saying this after being in the same position as you, questioning every sensation I had and I now have my baby in my arms! Morning sickness will come and go, and sometimes it’s just nausea not actual vomiting… take it as a win! 😂 After baby was born 9 weeks later I had a wave of nausea like in the first trimester and my period came a day later… hormones changed. It’s crazy, but amazing 😊
Good luck with the pregnancy 🍀💕
