I’m sure there will be people along with personal experience to share but wanted to just send a hug, can only imagine how scary the dream must have been. Take some deep breaths & reassure yourself vivid dreams are very normal during pregnancy as are worries about the baby. Try & get on with your day and do something calming .

You’ve got a scan coming up in a few weeks I guess which will hopefully be reassuring for you.

I’m sure triage would be used to similar if you feel talking to someone now would help.

Absolutely! You will be feeling kicks soon. You might feel them now, it just feels like a swishing sensation.

You'll always have that worry, pregnancy is difficult, you just have to remain calm.

I went to triage at 23 weeks because baby had been moving a lot and then nothing, he stopped altogether for like a day and a half, got to triage they listened to his heartbeat and he was absolutely fine, just lazy.

You have to remember that they will have lazy bouts, they wont kick as much, only you know your babys movements however when i went triage said to me you wont feel a pattern properly until 26 weeks!

As soon as those kicks come in stronger than ever, you'll be wondering what you've been worrying about! Baby will also get to know what routine you're in. Sleep and wake times and almost follow this.

Take some time for yourself, give yourself a little pamper, a soak in the bath, a face mask, foot mask, paint your nails. Just to relax a little you'll soon be able to feel baby properly x
