Round ligament pains 14 weeks with 2nd baby

Hi all,

so I had my first nearly 6 years ago and it was a very smooth pregnancy, I am currently 24 weeks pregnant with the second one and this one has just knocked me down lol.

constant nausea not being able to eat, lost weight etc. since turning 12 weeks I have had this uncomfortable pain which comes and goes down there with pressure sort of feeling. Could that be round ligaments pains.. I didn’t have any with my first one.

also I have developed a lot of gas with this one lol (which I rarely have lol) so not sure if it’s that causing the pain or discomfort down there. Anyone else had a similair experience or how round ligament pain feels and it comes on 14 weeks?

I had pain from about 16 weeks and it was my 1st. Going to a prenatal physio helped a bit esp when I managed to do the exercises she gave me!

I have got a midwife appointment on 21st August will mention to her for sure. Just not sure what pain it is lol

Mine was the way DS was lying along with ligament pain from my body stretching.
