Weight training in the 1st trimester

Hey everyone I’m currently around 5 weeks with my second baby I’m a lot healthier and fitter this time round. I have been an avid gym goer for around 2/3 years now a mixture of functional strength sessions and low intensity cardio. I am continuing to lift what I was lifting pre pregnancy and doing the same workout split with some modifications no hip thrusts for example. I am keen to hear what others are doing as my midwife app is not until the beginning of September and there is limited info/research online. Thanks in advance :)

Still doing all my pre pregnancy weight training and cardio stuff. 27weeks!
Including hip trusts
The only thing I now have to modify is plank variations to ensure I'm not doming and properly engaging my core, which is I admit a little harder now haha
I was still doing normal at 5 weeks but basically stopped from 6-10 ish weeks due to lack of emergency and just personal choice as I suffer from bleeding in my 1st tri.

I carried on exactly as normal with exercise (strength work, swimming, hiit) until 6 weeks. Haven't done anything last 9 weeks due to being so unwell from the pregnancy. If I'd felt well I'd have continued doing everything I was pre pregnancy. Generally before you have a bump, as I understand it you can do what you were before. It's less recommended to start a new intense exercise programme if it wasn't something you already did.
