Could I be pregnant?

I am now 2 weeks late on my period. I have many pregnancy symptoms but keep getting negative tests? Could I still be pregnant? I have had my bloods done yesterday but I’m awaiting the results. They have tested for PCOS but I have NO symptoms of this other than a missed period which is unusual for me.

False negatives do happen, but if you've taken several and they're all negative then I would say the chances are you're not pregnant. I'd definitely trust the blood test most though, so that should tell you for sure. Xx

Are you sure it’s a missed period and not late ovulation? If you don’t track ovulation you can’t know for certain that you’re not having a random cycle.
