C shelf correction during second c-section?

Has anyone had this done?

Surely the second C section would just create another shelf? If the surgeons could do it without creating shelf, they would do it surely.?

The most reliable solution for a c shelf is a tummy tuck.

No reputable surgeon is going to do a tummy tuck while you’re having a c section. Whether it’s NHS, or private, their focus will be on getting baby out and making sure you’re both healthy. They’re not going to allow another surgeon in to do a massive cosmetic procedure at the same time.
