Its normal in any pregnancy for your symptoms to come and go, if you are worried id definitely speak to your midwife or GP.

It’s normal. Unfortunately early pregnancy is like this. You never know what’s happening, and it’s frustrating and worrying as you also have no control over anything.

Ballardz · 07/08/2025 09:00

I know it’s terrifying when symptoms vanish as you start to think the worst, but I had moments like that - where I woke up one morning and felt completely fine but either later in the day or the next day, it hit me again. It’s completely normal to have days like this.

When is your next scan?

You will be worried - pregnancy is full of worries, especially early pregnancy when you don’t have any movement.

Hopefully it’s just a good day and tomorrow you will feel sick, etc again! Let us know how the scan goes x

MaggieBsBoat · 07/08/2025 09:40

I understand the worries. Symptoms can come and go but I do think it makes sense to get checked as it’s not as simple as it’s “just one of those days”. Especially with a twin pregnancy. Please let us know how you get on. 💐

PommieBear · 07/08/2025 09:42

You are extra worried because it's IVF and twins. Nausea comes and goes early stages (((hugs)))

magley · 07/08/2025 09:46

If it helps I’m also 6 weeks and my symptoms have gone.. I only had sore breasts and cramps the week I found out (last week) but now I can’t feel any symptoms. I wish I had nausea or vomiting for peace of mind!

I have researched nonstop and have found this can definitely be normal ☺️ some people don’t have any symptoms at all until about 7 or 8 weeks I’ve read x

MeadowMouse · 07/08/2025 15:03

I don't have experience of twins, but my symptoms dropped off around that time and haven't returned. My scans have been fine. It was very worrying, though. I hope your scan is reassuring x

Ktc9600 · 07/08/2025 15:45

I think its the fact I had all the symtoms and now they have gone thats what is the worry, my scan is in an hour fingers crossed there both ok x

I had pregnancies where I had symptoms constantly and then pregnancies where I barely remembered I was pregnant. Try not to stress - easier said than done I know. Good luck with the scan.

noramoo · 07/08/2025 16:19

It's a super stressful time but try to reassure yourself that symptoms come and go, especially in the early weeks. I hope the scan puts your mind at rest though - always better than driving yourself mad worrying x

Ginnygi · 07/08/2025 16:21

I think it's normal for it to happen but also get why you're worried.
Will be waiting for the good news after the scan ❤️❤️

Hope all is ok OP xx
