Cut myself while injecting myself

I'm 3 months pregnant followibg a successful IVF transfer in May. Due to my age and two previous embryo transfers, I have to inject myself with Lovenox, an anti-coagulant, every evening- usually I do it in the stomach.
Yesterday evening, I must have inserted the needle too sharply because there was a sharp pain after I injected myself and I looked down and saw my stomach was bleeding. There wasn't masses of blood, but there's was a bit nonetheless. It stopped bleeding before I went to bed..
I've been stressed ever since. My gynaecologists are on holiday at the moment and I'm due to take a flight tomorrow.
Any thoughts, please?

Hey, I know early pregnancy can be so worrying, especially when you've gone through IVF. A small cut won't harm the foetus though, so I wouldn't be worried. x

You probably hit a tiny blood vessel with needle - it's fine , don't worry x

Thank you @clotheslinefiasco and @PurpleTurtleMoose I don't know which username I like more, I love them both 😂
And you are both right, I consulted a doctor to reassure myself and he said the same thing. End of discussion. Many thanks.
