11 days late, symptoms but negative tests

So my period is 11 days late and I have symptoms but testing negative. My periods are regular and was due in the 24.06.25. It always starts and stops on the same dates each month (I track my periods but not ovulation) could this just be an off month for my peiord or could the tests not be picking it up? I’ve had miscarriages in the past. I’m extremely tired, blocked nose mainly during the night. I feel slightly sick most of the day and my temperature is so up and down mainly up. My head has been pounding for the past week and half! My moods is very up and down and if I start laughing too much I literally cry to the point of ‘I don’t know why I’m crying’ normally for my period I ALWAYS get sore breasts and very sore back but I haven’t had any of my period symptoms!

HELP I don’t know what to do🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

At 11 days late you would be blazing positive if pregnant, so your body’s probably throwing a random cycle with late ovulation at you. It happens sometimes. In the 3 years I was TTC this one, my ovulation occasionally varied between CD8(!!) and CD20. My normal ovulation day was around CD15 or 16. How long have you been trying for?

How old are you? Peri can do this to you symptoms/ missing periods wise and can start in your 30’s.

Are you taking high strength biotin in any vitamins? They can cause false negatives on HPT.

Thyroid issues can also affect periods, moods & cause crying, as can Covid btw. It might be worth doing a test if you’re nauseous, have a temperature and blocked nose etc.

Hi, I’m 28 and no I’m not taking any medication apart from my insulin which I’ve taken since I was 15. I think we’re going to test again but I have a feeling I’m not then sometimes feel like I am but at 11 days late I should get a big positive!

Hi, that’s what I thought too! 11 days should flash up straight away. I have a feeling I’m not then sometimes I feel like I could be. We’ve been trying for 8 years. It’s most likely a random one which would be so my luck 😂😂

Ahh if it’s been that long you really should get a GP appointment to begin investigations (Day 4/21 tests, Sperm analysis for your other half etc). And start tracking ovulation using OPKs and BBT so it’s more than just guesswork. Good luck!
