Positive test…then negative…now this… HELP

So I did a test yesterday, it was very faint. Then I got a negative. I did another and have got these. This is after 4 mins. Can you see faint positives?

Yes I can see faint positives. Noticed it immediately.
Just be sure that they're not evap lines though as the second test is very yellow which can cause an evap if too much urine is used.
I got a negative whilst pregnant with my eldest daughter, so you could be pregnant - you'd need to do a fresh test to be sure - good luck x

The tests look oversaturated to me, and the lines are too grey. They look like indents to me.
