Avoid the Nursery Store and the Joie Versatrax E

I just wanted to share my experience with this travel system and retailer in hope that it helps others.

I bought the Joie Versatrax E from The Nursery Store after my order of the original Joie Versatrax was cancelled. The wheels are very different and absolutely awful.

After just 6 weeks of use, the wheels have holes in them and the chassis and wheels are squeaking.

This is not a durable product. It’s very unpleasant to use, you have to stop constantly to remove stones that the wheels absorb because it makes a horrendous noise.

I’ve contacted both the Nursery Store and Joie for support and been advised to wash and lubricate the wheels for maintenance. After 6 weeks! The wheels look 6 years old and there’s no way these will last more than a few months.

I’d suggest avoiding this travel system, the chassis and wheels are awful. The customer service has also been really poor for what is a faulty product. The Nursery Store just fobbed us off to Joie and Joie have offered zero support for their terrible product.

Yeah , having to lubricate wheels after just 6 weeks of use definitely doesn't sound right!
Thanks for the heads up, I would give this pram a miss after reading your post.
