Stitch like pain

I’m 25+6 with twins and last night and this morning I’ve had this awful stitch like pain on the right side of my bump. It’s there when I try and walk, not as bad when I’m lying down but still there a little, and it’s sharp and sometimes stopping me taking a full deep breath.
I haven’t been doing any vigorous exercise so I wouldn't expect to have a stitch, but that’s what the pain feels like. It started last night and hasn’t really gone and was still there when I woke up about 40 mins ago.
Does this seem like a cause for concern, or just normal aches and pains of pregnancy? I don’t want to bother the midwives with something if it’s just ligament pain.
Thanks all!

Sorry you’re in pain. No advice but I’m following as I’m 24 weeks and getting a stitch like pain that I don’t remember in my previous pregnancy. It usually happens when I’m ‘exercising’ but not at all vigorously ie a slow walk!

Sounds like round ligament pain. I didn't get it at all first pregnancy but have struggled 2nd time. It hurts! Apparently it's more common on the right side.
