Badger notes log in/register

I recently went for my 25 week midwife appt and was told that all notes are being moved over to a digital platform, badgernet. I provided me email address and phone number to my midwife as she had to set up my account whilst I was there and she also gave me the the log in credentials (my email address and the 1 time pass phrase).

I left it for roughly 3-4 hours before downloading and attempting to log in, but when I try to log in or register, apparently I don’t even exist. I contacted my midwife about the issue and she retried the account set up but I’m still having the same issue. I sent me email dress over text message to ensure she’s tying it in correct, tried uninstalling the app and re-downloading and also tried the website log in/register too. Nothing works. I can’t access anything and badger notes doesn’t allow the general public to contact them!!

any ideas or solutions?? 🥺

Sorry, I can't help you with the login. But could I rant about needing a stupid app to have a baby? I've just told them that I'm not going to use it, and they said they'll need to think about people in this situation. How do you feel about it?

I can’t even have an opinion on it as I’ve still not even been able to log on and have a look! Luckily because they’ve only just started putting us onto the app now, I started my pregnancy with paper notes, so I have all paper notes all the way up to 26 weeks. But I would like to see my baby’s charts and whatnot through the app still because at my 20 week scan, they didn’t really say anything at all to me as it was a trainee! 😪

Have you been given a code? I had to use a codr to register the first time.

I dislike the app aswell.

My midwife told me that my log in credentials is my email address and the password phrase is my birthdate with my trusts initials at the end

I'm a midwife who uses this app, we have a specialist midwife in our Trust who helps with Badger queries and at this point I'd be emailing her for help.
Just to double check you're using the right initials for the Trust - there's no "Teaching Hospital" or similar stuck on the end?
Maybe try contacting your midwife again and asking her to escalate x

I’ve quadrupled checked, it’s definitely my birthdate with “cav” lower case. I’ve asked my midwife but she said she’ll MAYBE look at it thi Sunday if she had spare time 🫠
