Hi there,

had my period starting on the 9th of July and ending on the 15th. Have had unprotected sex 4 times since then ! Have been feeling nauseous and got sore boobs, mood swings and needing to pee a lot.

I'd take that as a negative at the moment. How many dpo? Dpo is more informative than when your period was when testing.

These might be better pics

No.
Theres no line.

chouxchoux · 31/07/2025 08:34

Based on your period dates you’d be too early to test I think… give it a few more days 😊

What do you mean?

OP, can't see anything.

PurpleTurtleMoose · 31/07/2025 08:53

I'm sorry OP, I can't see a line there. Do you feel you see one?

If you search the user name you will see all of the posts shes made, multiple times a month, all asking the same question, all with the same symptoms.

Posters say the same thing to her month in, month out but she takes no advice from anyone.

Wonder if I need some sort of membership for it (like subscription) as it doesn't allow me to search for usernames. Or maybe I'm just not very Mumsnet savvy, sorry for the off topic 🫢

I can't see a line, sorry

OP, first you need to let your cycles regulate after coming off Norethisterone (which is not contraceptive). There's no point testing with FRERs or anything else if you have no idea where you are in your cycle, when you're ovulating (or if). Also no point posting here multiple times a month..... we can't see anything you can't see! In fact we can see less because pics on Mumsnet aren't always the clearest.

Track ovulation with OPKs and/or temping, and input all that into whatever app you like. Then start testing at 12dpo each month. At that dpo a line is usually clear on a good test if you're pregnant. 👍 Good luck.

I have been saying this on her threads for months. She never replies to anyone unless they’re telling her they can see a line. I have given so much advice. Including her last thread about two days ago which said she couldn’t afford a new test yet. I advised her that it would be cheaper to buy cheap ovulation tests than using multiple (expensive branded) pregnancy tests each month. I’m stopping my advice now because it’s the same thread every month with the same symptoms. I’ve tried.

You need to use the advanced search and it comes up with multiple options for search including username.

Learnt something new today, thank you!

I can see the line you’re talking about but if the line isn’t getting darker with a 4 hour wee hold or next morning pee then it’s unlikely to be positive.

ThelastRolo20 · 31/07/2025 18:52

I can see the faintest line and that's how my bfps started with these tests - good luck! X

LivelyOP · 31/07/2025 20:23

Did this one this morning but a different brand ! Also I know I post a lot… I get worried and unsure !! I’m only young !

I can defo see a line on these!

currentlybrunette · 31/07/2025 20:35

There’s a much darker line on the new one. I’d say you’re pregnant but very early on.

Ginnygi · 31/07/2025 20:43

There's lines on the latest ones. How old are you OP?

LivelyOP · 31/07/2025 20:45

Only 18 so that’s kinda why I’m freaking out !!

I honestly do not see any lines, but to be on the safe side, I suggest you see a doctor. Their tests should be more accurate.

You’ve been posting for almost a year. I get that you say you’re young but why don’t you ever engage with anyone trying to help you? People (including myself) have been asking you questions and trying to help you for months now. But you never ever respond. Except with more photos of tests. Even today you’ve only replied with more tests. It’s not about posting a lot. Some people on here have been TTC for years. They post a lot. It’s not about posting a lot. It’s the fact you never reply to people trying to help you.

Viviennemary · 31/07/2025 21:14

I can't see any sign of a line. Test again in a few days.
