So I took a clear blue and it said not pregnant so I took it apart and there was 2 lines so do this mean I am

No, otherwise it would have said Pregnant.
Or it's too early to test. How many dpo are you?

No, they always look like that. The only accurate result is the one on screen- not pregnant.

digital tests have 3 lines inside for a positive, I always assumed there’s a second control light for the display

As others have said all digital tests have multiple lines. Some have two or three. They work differently to normal tests. So the lines mean nothing.

No, don't take tests apart, it invalidates them. Negative is negative.
