Stabbing boob pain

Hi everyone

This morning I started getting a sharp stabbing pain in my right boob. It's happened 3 times today and it's enough to stop me in my tracks so I can cradle my milker and shout 'god my fcking tt' for some relief. I think it might be to do with milk production (I'm 22 weeks) but I was wondering if anyone else has had this?

I'm not as far along but I've had this on and off! Like a stabby electric shock type pain. Delightful 😂
