Viability scan worries

Feeling worried! First day of last period was 18th June, I usually have a 29/30 day cycle and I had a VERY faint pregnancy test on 13th July. I have just been for a viability scan and they scan see sac and yolk safe but no fetal pole, measured me at 5+3. Has anyone had similar and everything been okay? I should be 6 weeks today ☹️

Yeah its really normal and common to measure a few days out early on. You can ovulate at different time, implant late, so many variables. 4 days off isnt unusual at all. Do you track ovulation? Even the variation of 29 or 30 days in your cycle can account for 1 of the days you're out. They don't really see a fetal pole before 6 weeks so that lines up. I personally hate scans so early because they always leave you with doubt and worry in my experience. My last pregnancy I had to have an early one and I was a full week out but caught up eventually and all fine. Best of luck OP x

Hey. It can be totally normal. My last baby was the same. No fetal pole just the egg sack and measured a week behind my dates. Went back 10 or so days later and everything was fine and my origional dates were right. He's 2 now. Keep positive. These things are so common
