Used a hot tub and drunk before a positive test

Wondering if anyone can help me please, yesterday I found out I was pregnant but at the weekend I was away on a girls holiday where we drunk for 3 nights and used a hot tub. I have found out very early as I am due my period this week.

Hot tub was only set at 37 degrees and most of the time I did sit with only legs in but after reading online it can have impact on fetal development :(

My worry is when I was drinking I come across very hot as well. Flo is saying I am 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant so I'm hoping as it's so early it wouldn't affected anything too much?

Has anyone had a similar experience and gone onto have a healthy baby?

I did the same when pregnant with #2, was on a girls weekend in Niagara on the Lake, going through all the vineyards and staying in spas enjoying the hot tubs and massages.

My son is absolutely fine (other than being left handed?! 🤣), he’s 11 now.

Please don’t worry, at 4 weeks there is nothing you’ve done that will cause harm at this stage.

It’ll be fine. Many many women discover they’re pregnant after carrying on as normal with drinking; and 37 degrees is practically normal body temperature. Congratulations!
