Hello, had a surprise text from my midwife today, after my booking appointment 5 days ago my urine sample showed a UTI. I am fairly prone to them since first pregnancy but I had very few symptoms, usually I get stinging wee and even blood in wee very quickly.
I have had quite persistent mild backache for the last day or so which I put down to muscle aches but now I’m thinking they’re the UTI.
We’ve had two miscarriages since our last successful pregnancy and this has made me so incredibly nervous. If it was a kidney infection or something more serious, would I feel seriously ill?
