Hi i’m wondering if anyone can shed some ligh and advice! I am 5 weeks pregnant, i also have suspected Adenomyosis and endometriosis but more evidence to suggest it’s Adenomyosis. I get this pain that takes over my full body…this pain isn’t new to me and i have experienced this pain most months around my period or after sexual inter course but it passes quickly usually prior to falling pregnant. However, over the past few days i have been getting the pain, im bent over in 2, start having a hot flush and i feel sick it is like emense pressure and pulling/stabbing around my groin/pelvis area however this time around every time it comes i manage to have a bowel movement, i’m not constipated as they move regular and it’s not every time i have to do the toilet. I am unsure if it’s the pressure that causes this or if this could be an adeno or endo symptom??? i’m wondering if anyone has experienced this pain and if it eventually goes away maybe in the 2nd trimester as i am really struggling with this kind of pain already and obviously i can’t take my usual medicine to help!

sorry a lot of info and maybe too much info!
