Harmony and amniocenthesis

Hi all just wondering if anyone can give me some advise or share their thoughts with me. Currently almost 13 weeks and had the Harmony blood test done which came back as low risk, iv attached below.

While this is great and I'm naturally relieved I can't help but think should I go further and have the amniocenthesis to be absolutely sure?

My brothers wife had a down syndrome baby girl and life is hard for them she's now 4.

So I guess I'm asking has anyone been in a situation similar or have any guidance

Thanks

Your risk is less than 1 in 10,000. I think you can be reassured by that!

Do you have any additional risk factors adding to your worry? Amnio carries risks itself, and with a low risk Harmony seems a big risk to take for little reward. Have you discussed with your care team so advice can be individualised to you and your personal history?

Honestly it's just a lot of anxiety around the whole subject. I'm so happy with my result but unfortunately with how my silly mind works I'm finding it hard to switch off and relax. I spoke to a midwife today who did the blood test and explained the family history. She said it was unlikely that they would do an amniocenthesis following on from a low Nipt result.
Of course I went on to read other threads here about it and some people say they also had a low nipt and downs baby and how hard life is etc. I know it could happen to anyone but again this is where my anxiety consumes me
