Maternity Leave/ Sick Pay

i am currently on “maternity” leave after losing my little boy at 26 weeks in March. Maternity pay is obviously not a full salary. I have discussed with work about moving onto “sick pay” which would be full pay, given my own mental health and they are happy with this. If I was to get pregnant again on sick pay, how would this affect me moving forward?

Every company policy will be different but I got pregnant on maternity leave and then went onto sick pay between my first mat leave ending and my second starting (pregnancy related issues) and I ended up being paid the entire time. Tbh even at the time I wasn’t sure how it would go down and communication wasn’t great but in the end I did get paid x
