Super early pregnancy symptoms

Hello.
Interesting if anyone had same and maybe it can indicate twin pregnancy?!
I am surprisingly unplanned pregnant. Just from 1 time on cycle day 6. It means my ov was super early. Now from cycle day 17 I feel nearly all symptoms. Started with fatigue, went for a nap with my toddler and felt like could sleep till next morning. Then next day same, plus nausea, metal taste in mouth, dizziness, extra cm, back ache. All symptoms so suddenly and strong for 6 days now, and got faint positive. AF due only after week but already feel properly pregnant 😄 I got other children and then felt nausea only from 6 weeks.

I always had symptoms immediately, within days of all three pregnancies. Twins run in my family, but none for me.

Was it twins OP? Like the other poster, I have known I was pregnant within 48 hours every time (three babies + a few very early losses/false starts). I have very high HCG in pregnancy and had HG with all of them as well. Because of the high HCG and the terrible vomiting starting so early (nauseous almost immediately, vomiting always before 6 weeks) I had an early scan every time to check for twins. In my first pregnancy I was already in hospital at 6 weeks and the consultant was so sure it was twins he sent me back for a second scan to double check. But all mine were singletons!
