Hi all,

Im almost 13 weeks and struggling with fatigue and also lightheadedness particularly when I stand up after sitting down. At my 8 week appointment I was told my blood pressure was quite low but that that was normal and they weren’t particularly concerned.

My 8 week bloods came back okay but my iron was on the lower end of normal.

I am so exhausted even after a full nights sleep I am dragging myself around like a zombie.

I don’t remember experiencing any symptoms with my son but this was 6 years ago and I’m now 35 so wondering if this is just because I’m older now I’m more tired. I have no idea how people cope with pregnancy and toddlers!

I had hoped the tiredness would subside when the nausea and sickness did around 10 weeks but if anything it’s worse! I work full time and really struggling!

About 13 weeks for me - I still feel constantly sleepy but nothing like early pregnancy and I don't feel like I'm always trying to fend off a hangover!

I’m nearly 15 weeks and I am permanently exhausted. I’m 42 and putting it down to age as I was pregnant in my 20’s and had plenty of energy. We just have to listen to our bodies I suppose.

Was exhausted throughout in pregnancy at 39. Bone crushing exhaustion got better around 14 weeks ( also coincided with coming off cyclizine). But was still tired and low energy throughout

21 weeks tomorrow and some days are better than others, some days I can't cope without naps and some days I can just about get away with it. I'm not sure if it'll fully go away until birth!

Around 14 weeks for the crippling exhaustion.
15 weeks onwards was not better
now 35 weeks and I’m tired because I’m heavy but nothing like the horrendous first trimester
I’m also 42

Im 28 years old and 23 weeks pregnant.
I didnt start feeling better until around the 16 week mark, but seem to have gone backwards at 22 weeks, im tired constantly. I could nap any time if the day and still fall asleep around 8 and wake up at 6 exhausted.
I work full time and this is my first child, so possibly work taking it out of me? Idk? My job isnt strenuous in the slightest, majority of the time im sat doing spreadsheets on my laptop😅 but last week i felt myself falling asleep at my desk!!
I think its just part and parcel of growing a human!
