I am 13 weeks tomorrow with my first pregnancy and am still experiencing nausea and vomiting. Whilst it had got better a few days this week the last two days I have been sick again. I am finding the mental tole of this sickness to be really bad, I don't know if this is normal or I should see a doctor.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi, I'm still being sick every day at 26 weeks unfortunately. I've mentioned it to the midwife and doctor and both have said its normal and that it will likely be with me for the whole pregnancy now.

If your really struggling see the GP as they can give you some medication to help xx

My morning sickness lasted until about 16-18 weeks, and it was really tough. It doesn't always stop as soon as you enter the 2nd trimester, but there's still a good chance it will stop as things go on

Im nearly 20 weeks and still suffering. I do go days of being okish, but then have bad days! I found 13-16 weeks the hardest honestly!

Third pregnancy here and I have suffered with morning sickness right and nausea right up until birth with all of them. It’s a wonderful feeling when it lifts immediately after birth though

Unfortunately for one of mine it never lifted but as PP says it goes straightaway after birth :-)

Definitely see the GP and ask about medication, it can really help or at least take the edge off!
