Labour?

I’m 36+3. Yesterday was losing my mucus plug in bits all day and sorry for tmi but went for a poo 5 times which is unusual for me. Had contraction style cramps in my back all evening which were mild but seemed to follow a pattern but went to bed and slept through. Today have woken with loss of appetite, more mucus plug loss but my back pain is fairly consistent rather than contractions. From your experience, is this the start of labour or could I be a while off?

Thanks for asking. Still no labour. Still losing bits of plug every day and wave-like, contraction style back pain with stomach tightness that build every evening and throughout parts of the day but keeps stop starting. It's quite tiring. With my last child I had the same for 2 days but then labour progressed very quickly so not sure what will happen this time...
