Hi, just wondering if anyone has been through this or not.
LMP was 26/05/25 however this was my first after having a baby so unsure of when I may have ovulated.
I first tested positive on 5/07/25 even though I’m pretty sure I had implantation bleeding (never had before and this is 6th pregnancy) 28/06/25
it was a strong positive on the 5th.
Any way, I went for an early scan (internal) on Monday 14/07 and the sonographer had a hard time trying to find a fetal pole in the sac. She found a yolk which was squashed right at the top of the gestational sac and said she thought maybe she could see a tiny flicker but every time she tried to look further into the sac she couldn’t? She said I had a tilted uterus? News to be but I have had 3 caesareans and 4 completed pregnancies so maybe this could have cause it?
So basically my question is, I thought I would probably be at least 6 weeks + due to when I saw my positive test. However I’ve had multiple early scans before and have managed to find heartbeat no problem.
I think I’m probably over thinking and know it’s still early days, however back in 2020 I had a missed miscarriage first picked up at 8 weeks and carried until 14 weeks so I think I’m scarred from that really and paranoid it is happening again.
I have to wait for two weeks until another scan, has this happened to anyone else and ended in anything other than a miscarriage?
Thanks so much for reading.

When I say multiple early scans before I mean in previous pregnancies 😅

Just in case anyone ever reads back on this. The gestational sac was mean 10.7mm and not sure on yolk size

Went for re scan today and embryo with heart beat measuring 8 weeks exactly
