Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi, I am currently pregnant with my second child and at present I am 14dpo.

I have a very regular (with the help of Metformin) period of 29/30 days however this month I started spotting on day 24. This is very unusual so I assumed it was implantation bleeding, especially as it was the typical browny/pinky discharge rather than a flow. However the day after the bleeding started getting heavier, and when I say this I don’t mean it was heavy but just heavier than spotting and it turned bright red. 2 days later at 11dpo I tested and got a positive, I am still bleeding now but my tests are progressing as I would expect them too??

The bleeding is different to period blood and there are no clots, I am getting it on my underwear slightly but nothing a panty liner doesn’t help (it doesn’t fill the liner) it also comes and goes, it’s almost like when you have a cut on your skin and it keeps opening up and bleeding.

TMI but I have added photos for reference

I am no stranger to miscarriage so I am aware that it could be that but the fact I started bleeding even before missing my period and it’s not like my previous miscarriages makes me wonder what’s going on!!

has anyone else had this experience and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy??

I had similar all the way up to 9 weeks. Mainly when I wiped but some in a panty liner and everything was fine so don’t panic too much Flowers

I had bleeding with my 3rd child most weeks starting from 7 weeks, it was due to cervical ectropion. She was born at 31 weeks but was fine, she's now 4!
